Police said officers responded Wednesday afternoon to a report of a naked man lying face down on the ground with a bag over his head and they arrived to find Jonathon Leon Warledo, 26, on the ground behind a fence. Advertisement Investigators said Warledo had a bag and some women's underwear on his head and he was committing a sex act with another fistful of undergarments. Warlendo attempted to flee officers, but he was caught and arrested on a public indecency charge, police said. Police did not say where Warlendo obtained the panties.
