The ad on Daft.ie purported to be written by the sole resident of a Dublin apartment and was directed at "non-smoking, broad-minded, smart, sexy, confident, unconventional and adventurous dames." Advertisement The ad said a potential roommate would be required to share "this double bedroom, their body and life experience for the duration of their stay," which would cost about $380 per month, the Irish Mirror reported. The poster described himself as "a sexy, outspoken and laid-back gentleman" as well as a "tad eccentric." The posting also informed prospective tenants they would be subject to two rules: "1) Be happy. 2) Don't meddle with anyone else's happiness." The ad has since been removed from the site.
