A server who works for the venue, the Gateway Clipper dock area at Station Square, said the groom had been "touchy feely" with her and attempted to force her to drink alcohol even though she had informed him that she was pregnant.

Police said the woman's boyfriend, Tyler Smith, 20, arrived at the venue to drive her home and he confronted Williams, leading to a brawl.

Investigators said David Williams, the groom's brother, became involved in the fight and was allegedly aggressive toward police. Police said David Williams is a Pennsylvania State Police trooper who was off-duty at the time of the incident and an internal investigation is being carried out.

Police said Taylor allegedly punched through the front passenger window of a parked car during the incident.
