WASHINGTON, Aug. 26 (UPI) -- After a misguiding poster showcasing the variety of sandwich meats available at Arby's stacked atop each other prompted customers to ask, "Can I have that?" Arby's has said yes, debuting the Meat Mountain on the fast-food chain's "secret menu."

Made from Arby's entire meat selection, the Meat Mountain combines stacks of 2 chicken tenders, 1.5 oz. of roast turkey, 1.5 oz. of ham, 1 slice of Swiss cheese, 1.5 oz. of corned beef, 1.5 oz. brisket, 1.5 oz. of Angus steak, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1.5 oz. roast beef and 3 half-strips of bacon into a flour roll.

Business Insider's Ashly Lutz crunched some numbers to estimate the $10 Meat Mountain contains about 1,200 calories, some 500 calories less than Subway's double meatball marinara with cheese.

Adam Chandler of TheWire.com documented his experience with the mountain, describing it as "religious."

"Pressing down, I take the first bite. I hit every layer. Pastrami and bacon and chicken and cheese and corned beef. And suddenly, oh god, there's turkey. It's phenomenal, bordering on religious."

But by the end of the meal, Chandler's idealism had turned to resolve as he struggled to defy his better judgement and may have spiraled into a minor meat-induced psychosis.

"It's going to be okay. I'm going to be okay. There are three bites left and, while I can't take deep breaths, I'm beyond the point where I'd give up. Meat Mountain may be a different story. The center of the sandwich cannot hold. The corned beef cannot hear the swiss cheese."
