SPRING, Texas, Aug. 11 (UPI) -- A Texas mother is making a stink because she was asked to leave a pizzeria in Spring after she changed a dirty diaper at a table in the restaurant. Miranda Sowers was at Brother's Pizza Express with her three children when she realized that the diaper of her 4-month-old had to be changed.

Sowers didn't want to take the infant and her other two daughters back to her minivan, so she decided to do the dirty diaper deed at a table in the restaurant.

"I thought you know what I've got my own changing pad, she's tiny, she fits right here on the chair." Miranda told KHOU. "So I laid her down quickly and quietly changed her diaper."

According to restaurant workers, the change went on long enough that customers started complaining. Sowers' food was prepared "to go" and she was asked to leave.

"As soon as you start opening the diaper, people start complaining about the smell of the diaper," said restaurant manager Donny Lala. "Last thing I want is a customer throwing up."

Sowers said that she will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
