CHICAGO, July 31 (UPI) -- A woman who got a nose job back in 2004 from a Chicago plastic surgeon has filed a lawsuit after the doctor allegedly posted photos of her "cocaine nose" on his website.

The before-and-after photos of Sabrina Kropp's face were supposed to be confidential.

Her "cocaine nose" surgery was done to correct "perforations of the septum, infection, loss of supporting cartilage, scarring, and eventual collapse of the nose," the Chicago Tribune reported.

The pictures have since been removed from Dr. Robert Walton's website.

The lawsuit accuses Walton of breaching his fiduciary duty of confidentiality and violating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.

Kropp, 55, claims that she has suffered "great harm" because of the photos the 68-year-old surgeon posted.

According to her complaint, he should have known the published pictures would cause her distress, shame and embarrassment, the Smoking Gun reported.
