BEIJING, July 22 (UPI) -- A video that originated in China showing a photoshopped version of leader Kim Jong Un dancing in a variety of humorous situations is drawing criticism from North Korea.

"The North feels the clip, which shows Kim dancing and Kung-Fu fighting, 'seriously compromises Kim's dignity and authority,'" the Chosun Ilbo reported.

The video was created by a Chinese man named Zhang from Suzhou who studied at a university in South Korea.

"Beijng was unable to oblige," the North's request to eliminate the clip.

The entire piece is set to a Chinese pop song by the Chopstick Brothers.
