HOUSTON, July 15 (UPI) -- It sounds like a "serial pooper" who was Houston's public enemy No. 1 for a period of time back in May is back for round number two.

According to Harris County law enforcement, they received a call Monday about a man walking around with toilet paper and it is suspected he is the same man who was deliberately defecating outside dwellings around town earlier this year.

"There's a very good chance it is the same guy," Precinct 1 spokesperson J.C. Mosier told the Houston Chronicle, "It is on the same street where this was happening before."

Police are still waiting for a photo of the man to confirm his identity.

A 56-year-old man confessed to the public pooping back in May, but he was not charged because he has mental health issues.

"It's definitely not a nice thing to do to people," an area resident said at the time. "Going to the bathroom in their driveway is not nice. That's definitely not something that's supposed to go on in polite society."
