The suspects brought the goat into the restaurant before taking it back out to the parking lot.
"They asked them to leave and they did," said Olathe police spokesman Sgt. Bryan Hill.
When police arrived on the scene, they realized that the animal had probably been goat-napped.
"I don't know how they got in there," Overland Park police spokesman Gary Mason told the Kansas City Star. "But the goat is now back where it belongs."
The teens were arrested and charged with trespassing and theft.
