Edwin Tobergta was arrested Wednesday morning after a witness allegedly saw him simulating sex with a pink pool float.
It's not that hard to believe because Tobergta pleaded guilty to public indecency in 2013 for having sex with a pool raft in public.
The 35-year-old was released from prison on May 17 and was on parole, the Journal-News reported.
"I do want to apologize for my actions," Tobergta said during his sentencing last year. "I'm sorry. I do deal with mental issues, and if court would give me this chance for this program, sir, I would give it 100 percent. I'm ready to get my life together and quit all this nonsense."
Tobergta was also arrested for sex with a pink pool raft in 2011 and for sex with an inflatable Halloween pumpkin in 2002.
In his 2014 mugshot, Tobergta is wearing a T-shirt reading, "I'm out of my mind. Please leave a message."
