CLEVELAND, May 23 (UPI) -- After news broke early on Friday that newly-drafted Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel was being sued for $25 million for sexual harassment in U.S. District Court for alleged activities involving his penis, Dr. Drew and a hot dog bun, his agent called the lawsuit "1000000% fake and/ or frivolous."

Erik Burkhardt posted on Twitter that the legal filing against his client, which many already assumed was a hoax, was "nonsense."

The suit was allegedly filed by Samantha Schacher of Atlanta on May 16 and it listed CNN's headquarters as the plaintiff's address. Schacher co-hosts a show with Dr. Drew that tapes at CNN's headquarters. It is highly unlikely that the filing, which is full of misspellings and grammatical errors, was actually submitted by Schacher.

The suit alleges that, among other things, Manziel sent Schacher a nude photo with a hot dog bun around his penis, asked for a threesome with her and Dr. Drew, and requested that she strip with LeBron James watching.

The suit also alleges that Manziel referred to his penis as "Long John Silvers" and a "Vienna Sausage."
