Apparently being popular with women can have some strange consequences…

Norwegian teen Stian Ytterdahl’s friends were getting annoyed with how much he was chatting up the local ladies, so during a meal at McDonald's Monday, they gave him two choices:

1) Get a Barbie tattoo on his butt.

2) Get a tattoo of the McDonald’s receipt on his arm.

Ytterdahl decided to go with option No. 2 and now has a tattoo of the McDonald’s receipt on his right forearm.

“It's fun to think about that I have a tattoo no one else has ever seen before,” Ytterdahl told Norway's RB News. “Even the date and time is on my arm.”

The 18-year-old is a tattoo artist himself and he’s actually going to go back and get the receipt from the tattoo parlor inked on his body as well.

“Now I'm a living billboard, but I think all this is just fun,” he said. “Maybe it's not as fun when I'm 50 or 60 years old, but it's my choice.”

It’s certainly good PR for the fast food franchise, but the communications director of McDonald’s Norway said the chain had no idea what Ytterdahl was planning. “No, we knew nothing about this,” Margaret Brusletto said.

That said, Brusletto is a fan of Ytterdahl’s new piece of body art.

“I can not say that I think anything other than that this is terrific,” she said. “This is a loyal customer.”
