Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe Two Brooklyn men are suing the New York Police Department for allegedly taking their White Castle sliders during an incident that occurred on Halloween 2012 in Coney Island. In the suit, Danny Maisonet and Kenneth Glover claim that they were approached by a group of officers that demanded they hand over a bag of White Castle hamburgers. When they refused, Maisonet and Glover say they were struck with flashlights, handcuffed and arrested. Advertisement Maisonet and Glover were charged with obstructing government administration and disorderly conduct. The charges against them were eventually dropped. The City Law Department declined to comment about the lawsuit to the New York Daily News.
