Lawsuit: Playboy model struck on buttocks with golf club

LOS ANGELES, March 17 (UPI) -- A Michigan woman's Los Angeles lawsuit against Playboy and a former radio host alleges she was hit in the buttocks with a golf club without her consent.

Elizabeth Dickson, 28, who won a contest to represent Traverse City, Mich., at the March 2012 Playboy golf tournament at the Industry Hills Golf Club in Los Angeles, filed a Superior Court lawsuit naming Playboy Enterprises International, Playboy Plus Enterprises and radio host Kevin Klein, a former Playboy radio host, in connection with an incident during the tournament, Courthouse News Service reported Monday.

Dickson's lawsuit states event organizers asked her to pose on the golf course with her "buttocks partially exposed" for a photo with Klein and she agreed to have a tee placed between her buttocks with a golf ball balanced atop it. However, Dickson said she did not consent to having Klein attempt to hit the ball and his swing ended up striking her on the buttocks.

"Plaintiff was never informed and never consented to allow defendant Kevin Klein to hit her with the golf club or even attempt to hit the golf ball that was balanced on the tee that was placed between her buttock cheeks," the lawsuit states.

The lawsuit, which alleges battery and negligence, seeks $500,000 in damages, medical expenses and costs.

Lawyers for Dickson and Playboy did not immediately respond to requests for comment, Courthouse News said.
