Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe The terrified owner of Oreo, a black Labrador retriever, called 911 when her beloved pet fell over a 90-foot cliff along the coast of Sonoma, Calif., on Saturday. Oreo, out on a walk with her owner, fell about 40-feet down the cliff face. Sonoma sheriff's deputies, who weren't able to convince Oreo to climb back up, decided to bring in their Henry-1 helicopter to rescue her. Advertisement “It was kind of like a billy goat trail the dog went down. Even the dog realized it was dumb move,” Capt. Todd Rollings, of the Bodega Bay Fire Protection District, told the Press-Democrat.
