Model suing Playboy magazine for letting golfer drive ball off tee in her butt

A model who appeared at the Playboy Golf Finals at the Industry Hills Golf Club in Los Angles in March 2012 has filed a lawsuit against Playboy Enterprises after she was allegedly struck in the buttocks by a golfer who was trying to drive a ball off a tee that was wedged between her cheeks.

The golfer who missed the shot, Playboy Morning Show radio host Kevin Klein, is also named in Liz Dickson’s lawsuit. She is suing for battery and negligence and is seeking $500,000 plus punitive damages, according to TMZ.

The suit states Dickson agreed to lie “with her buttocks partially exposed” so Klein could hit off the tee in her butt. When he swung, Klein missed the tee and “struck plaintiff on the buttocks, causing her injuries and damages.”

According to a Facebook post, Liz Dickson was 2011′s "Girl of Playboy Golf Winner. Liz is from Traverse City, Michigan and when not modeling, works at Stingers in Wixom. When not spending time with her son, Liz likes to shop, see her friends, have fun and act silly. Liz enjoyed meeting the Playmates at the Playboy Golf Tournament and made several new friends."
