The doctors found an 88 pound tumor in the 57-year-old woman's ovary. The tumor was not filled with body fat but with mucus. The tumor was so big that it had shoved her uterus to the side, squished her abdominal contents and extended all the way up to her diaphragm." reports LiveScience.
