Even more surprising, the two 8-year-olds and one 9-year-old had their own pipe. Another student saw what was going on and told school administrators. The police were called and the students were later released to their parents. “It was bad because they are little kids and it shouldn’t happen,” seventh grader Mackenzie Morfoot said. According to Sonora Elementary School Principal Chris Boyles, the students could possibly be suspended or expelled under California’s Education Code. “Shocked. To be in third grade and have their own pipe,” parent Linda Rodriguez said. “I think they should be expelled, but I also think they should follow it further to where they found (the marijuana).” [KTXL] [CBS San Francisco] Read More Thandie Newton welcomes baby boy in home birth Expert-level talks on Iran's nuclear program under way in Vienna Virtual reality can help ease phantom limb pain Daphne Oz reveals baby daughter's name on 'The Chew' Crimean prime minister rejects legitimacy of Ukrainian central government
