Snake swallows crocodile whole in Australia

MT. ISA, Australia, March 3 (UPI) -- An Australian woman documented a fight between a snake and a crocodile ending with the croc being swallowed whole.

The large python is depicted in pictures taken by Tiffany Corlis wrapping itself around the body of a crocodile in northern Queensland's Lake Moondarra, the Melbourne Courier-Mail reported Monday.

The conflict ends with the python swallowing the crocodile whole.

The pictures came after a similar confrontation between a snake and a water dragon was caught on video in Brisbane. That battle was caught on film and lasted for more than an hour.
