The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said Keith Lukas, 43, of Tampa, called the office's non-emergency number nearly 3,000 times between May 2012 and December 2013 to complain about how deputies treated him in the past, the Tampa Bay (Fla.) Times reported Thursday. Advertisement The sheriff's office said Lukas would use vulgar language and insult the dispatchers during the calls, which often came several times a day. Lukas pleaded no contest Tuesday to a count of making repeated harassing phone calls and was sentenced to probation, the sheriff's office said. The terms of the probation stipulate Lukas is not to call the sheriff's office unless he has a legitimate need for law enforcement or medical services.
