OREM, Utah, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- A Utah mall shopper said she spent $567 to buy all of the T-shirts she saw as indecent in a PacSun display at her local mall.

Judy Cox said she was shopping with her teenage son Saturday at the University Mall in Orem when they passed the PacSun store and saw the T-shirts in the "Visual" line, which feature screen-printed pictures of scantily clad models, the Daily Herald, Provo, Utah, reported Wednesday.

"I had a conversation with the store manager," Cox said. "She said she did refuse to put the accompanying banner up with the display because it was much worse, but that she couldn't take down the T-shirts without talking to her corporate office, but the promo was over Wednesday anyway. She said she told them it might not go over well."

PacSun corporate officials did not respond to a request for comment, the Daily Herald said.

Cox said she shelled out $567 to purchase all of the shirts in the line as well as the accompanying display posters.

She said she would like to destroy all of her purchases "but I'll let their corporate office figure out what to do with them when I return them on day 59 of a 60-day return policy."

Rob Kallas, the mall manager, said he had received other complaints about the PacSun display and he spoke with the store's manager. He said mall management and the city attorney are informed of complaints.

"The city attorney then determines if it is violating city codes," Kallas said. "We are watching it closely."
