According to Lt. John Bylsma, two women discovered that their burger order was incorrect and returned to the restaurant to complain. They were told they would receive a free meal during their next visit and left. The passenger in the car, identified as 29-year-old Shaneka Monique Torres, then became verbally abusive and allegedly fired a pistol shot into the window of the McDonald's. The suspects were tracked down because they had left their phone number at the restaurant during their initial visit. Torres will reportedly face felony charges including carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and firing a concealed weapon. The driver of the vehicle was released. No one was injured during the incident.
