Donald Beauchamp, the Canadiens' senior vice president for communications and community relations said the bat seen at Bell Center during Saturday's game was caught by exterminators the next day while perched on the arena's giant TV screen, the (Montreal) Gazette reported Monday. Advertisement "They found it on the Jumbotron," Beauchamp said. "They caught it with a net and they left with it alive." The bat became a minor celebrity after it was spotted during Saturday's game and it inspired a "Bell Center Bat" parody Twitter feed.
