Florida police have arrested and charged a 23-year-old with armed robbery after he allegedly used a tomahawk to try to rob a 7-Eleven convenience store on Wednesday afternoon.

According to reports, Kristopher Robyn Sebrasky of East Naples entered the store and bought an energy drink and a bottle of water. Sebrasky then began chatting with the clerk and stayed in the business until all the other customers had left.

At that point, Sebrasky pulled a six-inch tomahawk out of his backpack and showed it to the clerk.

"As I put this on the counter, you're going to put money into my backpack," Sebrasky allegedly said.

The clerk was understandably a little nervous about the tomahawk -- which also had a four-inch knife attached to it. "I was flipping out," he said.

After a customer entered the store, Sebrasky gave the clerk the weapon to make it look as if he was simply showing him the tomahawk. Sebrasky left the store without any money and was arrested outside his home.

He told police that the alleged robbery was a joke and that he never intended to steal any money from the 7-Eleven.
