According to the arrest warrant affidavit, Kramer ordered six tacos, and the server says he refused to pay. She says Kramer then threateningly pulled a six-inch sword in and out of a sheath on his waist.

At that point the telephone rang, and Kramer walked outside. The frightened server took the opportunity to lock the doors. He then stood outside the restaurant and yelled that if he didn’t receive his free tacos, "someone would die."

Kramer drove off in his truck, but police were able to track him down and arrest him the following day.
