Houston restaurant offers $200 burger

HOUSTON, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- A Houston restaurant's $200 burger features chopped rib eye steak, seared foie gras, caramelized onion, bordelaise, sauteed mushrooms and shaved white truffles.

The eatery, 60 Degrees Mastercrafted, which is currently in its soft opening phase, released a menu online revealing the $200 60 Degrees Bistro Burger, which is served with white truffle fries, the Houston Chronicle reported Tuesday.

Austrian Chef Fritz Gitschner, who is recognized by the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Master Chef, is also offering a more modestly-priced $10 burger at the restaurant, created using American Akaushi beef.
