Nov. 22 (UPI) -- After being jailed last month on charges that he extorted a girl for cash after she sexted him a topless photo, Florida teen Ricardo Carrion is now facing allegations that he threatened two other girls with posting nude photos online unless they provided him with cash and sex.

Carrion, 18, was back in jail on Thursday after being released on Oct. 25.

"The court's concerned with the potential damage this young man could do to each of these young women's lives if he ever carried through with any of this," Broward Circuit Judge John "Jay" Hurley said during a hearing.

All three of the girls that Carrion is allegedly involved with are 18 but were 16 when the nude photos were taken.

"I think the court needs to take into consideration none of this was done against their will,” said Richard Geraci, Carrion's defense attorney. "This was all voluntary."

"It's the extortion part that is the rub," Hurley said.

According to a police report, Carrion texted one of the girls: "Sex or 100. I'm being way more ruthless wit the pics of the other girls so your getting a break."

The other victim said Carrion told her that he had a friend at a porn site who was offering $600 for six nude photos of her. He told her he wouldn’t sell the pictures if she gave him $200 and performed oral sex. The young man is now facing six new counts, including extortion and promoting sexual performance by a minor.
