SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 12 (UPI) -- Tuesday's date, 11/12/13, is proving popular for weddings, with San Francisco City Hall booked solid for the day.

The date, which is seen as lucky or memorable by some due to its sequential numbering, has proven popular nationwide, with an estimated 3,000 weddings scheduled for Tuesday, including enough to fill San Francisco City Hall for the day and pack Las Vegas chapels, ABC's "Good Morning America" reported.

The date, which can also be seen as lucky for being the 33rd birthday of actor Ryan Gosling, is the second-to-last sequential date of the century, with 12/13/14 coming up next year and being the last to bear sequential numbers until Jan. 2 of 2103, written out as 01/02/03, Philly.com reported.
