James Bozeman Jr., 67, won $3 million with a ticket he purchased by guessing random numbers at the 7-Eleven store in Edgewood -- the same store where he purchased a $10 million winning ticket using the same method last year -- the Miami New Times reported Thursday. Advertisement Experts said Bozeman overcame 13,983,816 to one odds the first time he won the lottery, and 195,547,109,921,856 to one odds when he won a second jackpot. The Florida Lottery announced this week Bozeman purchased his $10 million winner in August.
