EDGEWOOD, Fla., Oct. 31 (UPI) -- A Florida man who won his second multimillion dollar lottery jackpot this year overcame odds of 195,547,109,921,856 to one, lottery officials said.

James Bozeman Jr., 67, won $3 million with a ticket he purchased by guessing random numbers at the 7-Eleven store in Edgewood -- the same store where he purchased a $10 million winning ticket using the same method last year -- the Miami New Times reported Thursday.
