Mayes was pulled over in his white sport-utility vehicle and the vehicle was found to contain marijuana and items reported stolen from cars including a light fixture, smartphones, jewelry, money and mail.

Police said Mayes also had items including a stolen driver's license and credit cards on his person.

"Through Mayes' open zipper, I could see them sticking out of the front slit of his underwear," the arrest report said.

Mayes was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on charges including burglary, larceny and drug possession. He was ordered held in lieu of $37,000 bail.
