TAIPEI, Taiwan, Oct. 2 (UPI) -- Taiwan's Next Media Animation responded to an employee's quitting dance video with a dance video advertising the company's job opening.

The company, which makes satirical animated videos based on popular news and entertainment stories, was the subject of worker Marina Shifrin's YouTube video, "An Interpretive Dance for My Boss Set To Kanye West's Gone," which featured the former employee dancing in the office while captions listed her complaints against the company and ended with a message saying she quits, The Kansas City (Mo.) Star reported Wednesday.

The company responded to the video made by Shifrin, a graduate of the University of Missouri's School of Journalism, with a video titled "An Interpretative Dance From NextMedia set to Kanye West's Gone."

The video featured smiling employees dancing to the song while captions explain the benefits of working for the firm, including a rooftop pool and sauna.

"We work for an awesome company that hires based on dance skills," one of the captions reads.

The video ends with the message: "We want to wish Marina well and let everyone know ... We're hiring. We're HIRING."
