WATERLOO, Ind., Sept. 17 (UPI) -- The Indiana farmer who runs the Amazing Fall Fun recreation area said he created a 12-acre corn maze depicting Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck.

Larry Smith of Waterloo said he and his family have been using a portion of their 450-acre farm to create the Amazing Fall Fun festival area for the past three years between September and October, and this year's version features a 12-acre corn maze portraying Luck in his No. 12 jersey ready to throw a football, The (Auburn) Star reported Tuesday.

Smith said the idea came from his sister, who had seen an elaborate corn maze near Chicago.

Smith, who said he expects 10,000 to 12,000 visitors to the corn maze this year, said he teamed with a Utah company that designs mazes for about 350 U.S. farms.
