Authorities said Enlow was caught hiding in the septic tank of a park outhouse and peeping at a 7-year-old girl and her mother.

Firefighters pulled Enlow from the tank and cleaned him off with a fire hose. He told police his girlfriend hit him in the head with a tire iron and pushed him into the tank, but did not have any injuries consistent with the story.
