Dozens of topless women, joined by many shirtless men, exercised what they say is their legal right to go topless in the city Sunday as part of an international campaign to support the rights of women to bare their breasts in public, the New York Daily News reported Monday. Advertisement Topless women participating in the fourth annual event also marched in cities including San Francisco, Cartagena, Vancouver, British Colombia, and three cities each in Tennessee and Indiana. GoTopless.org listed the events held Sunday with a "Boob Map" on its website. "Women's legs were once deemed indecent in public, so was women voting! But gender equality has always had the word," said Nadine Gary, president of GoTopless.org.
