LONDON, Aug. 23 (UPI) -- A London graphic designer has been jailed for five months advertising his ex-girlfriend as a late-night masseuse and prostitute.

Lee Childs, 45, was convicted of creating and distributing calling cards as a part of a six-month campaign of harassment after she broke up with him, the London Evening Standard reported Friday.

The cards bore the woman's photograph and listed her name, address and phone number. Childs distributed them in her neighborhood and sent one to the head of her children's school.

The former girlfriend was subjected to explicit phone calls and unfamiliar men coming to her home.

Prosecutor Grace Ong told Harrow Crown Court Childs also falsely told police the woman was an unfit mother who used drugs and drank heavily.

Judge Graham Arran imposed a five-year restraining order on Childs, calling his actions "incredibly distressing."
