At Turner Field, a bat made its way into the stadium and onto the field. Not the usual baseball-hitting kind, though -- a living, breathing bat flapping on the field.
Third baseman Paul Janish briefly scooped it into its glove before it was rescued in a towel by, you guessed it, a bat boy.
Too easy. Even better that the rescuer was wearing his jersey with a big "BAT BOY" emblazoned on the back.
