New York men make top scofflaws list for unpaid parking tickets

NEW YORK, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- A pair of New York men and a New Jersey business have made New York's list of the Top 10 worst scofflaws by allegedly racking up parking tickets.

The city's updated list of the Top 10 worst scofflaws in the city includes Consolidated Dairies in Wallington, which owes $316,059, which includes the fines for 1,759 parking tickets and $37,840 in interest, the New York Post reported Monday.

Also on the list are John Caruso, who owes $176,821 on 872 tickets, including about $54,000 in interest, and Anthony Grady, who owes $172,250 for 1,404 tickets, the newspaper said.
