The city's updated list of the Top 10 worst scofflaws in the city includes Consolidated Dairies in Wallington, which owes $316,059, which includes the fines for 1,759 parking tickets and $37,840 in interest, the New York Post reported Monday. Advertisement Also on the list are John Caruso, who owes $176,821 on 872 tickets, including about $54,000 in interest, and Anthony Grady, who owes $172,250 for 1,404 tickets, the newspaper said.
