RIVERTON, Utah, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- Authorities in Utah say the winner of the Miss Riverton beauty pageant is among four 18-year-olds accused of throwing bombs at homes.

Investigators said Kendra McKenzie Gill, who was crowned Miss Riverton in June, was allegedly out throwing incendiary devices at several homes in Riverton Friday night into Saturday morning alongside John Patrick Reagh, Shanna Marie Smith and Bryce Christopher Stone, The Salt Lake Tribune reported Monday.

Unified Fire Authority Capt. Clint Mecham said authorities received multiple calls late Friday about incendiary devices being thrown out of a vehicle at various Riverton residences.

Police said the group used plastic water bottles containing aluminum foil and a chemical substance.

Investigators said one of the devices was thrown near Stone's ex-girlfriend's house and witnesses said Stone drove a similar vehicle to the one seen being used by the suspects.

Police said Stone admitted to "pranking" people with fireworks and he implicated Gill, Smith and Reagh as being involved.

All four suspects admitted to being involved, police said. They were booked on first-degree felony charge of detonating an incendiary device.
