Motorcycles clocked in at 138 mph

WAWAYANDA, N.Y., July 22 (UPI) -- New York State Police said they ticketed four motorcyclists accused of riding at 138 mph on an interstate.

The State Police said troopers clocked the motorcyclists exceeding the 65 mph speed limit around 10:30 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 84 and contacted troopers in Wawayanda, who pulled the motorcyclists over, The Times-Herald Record, Middletown, N.Y., reported Monday.

The ticketed men, Charlton Paul Jr., 42, Jaime Ayala, 39, Steven Fields, 45, and Felix Pagan, 32, are due in Greenville Town Court Aug. 14.
