Margo Fowler, a math teacher at Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School, received a reprimand from the British Columbia Teacher Regulation Branch, citing professional misconduct in three incidents in which overly-talkative students had their mouths closed with duct tape, the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. reported Wednesday. Advertisement Fowler is rated as a top-notch teacher on a website inviting students to evaluate teachers. The CBC noted students' comments describe her a "helpful," "entertaining," and "Just. Plain. Awesome."
