Michael Bell, a retired narcotics detective, said the as-yet-unnamed cabaret would feature poll dancing, cocktail service and a full bar. Female employees would be required to wear bikinis but there would not be any nudity. Advertisement "Imagine Hooters but upscale and with alcohol," he told the New York Post. Bell said his experience as a police officer would keep the bar classy. He added he hoped Brooklyn Nets players and fans who attend games at the Barclays Center would stop in for some post-game entertainment. Bell has not yet received the necessary permits and is still scouting a location, the Post said.
