The proposal happened Saturday at the Green Paws Pet Market in Plantation, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported. Advertisement Charles "Chad" Moreau arranged for his girlfriend, Tiffany Galpern, to pick up his dog Molly from the groomer. When Glapern arrived at the shop, Molly was wearing a pink T-shirt that read, "Will you marry my Daddy?" Moreau then showed up, got down on one knee and asked: "Will you marry me and be Molly's mom forever?" "Of course I will," Galpern answered.
