NUGEE, Australia, May 10 (UPI) -- The president of an Australian golf club said he captured video footage of a bull shark swimming in the 11th hole dam.

Robert Sang, president of the Nugee Golf Club in the suburbs of Brisbane, said he and two other players were on the course Sunday when they spotted a 4- to 5-foot bull shark swimming in the 11th hole dam, Quest Newspapers reported Friday.

"We saw it twice -- once at about 2 p.m. and once at about 4 p.m. People have seen it subsequent to that as well,'' he said. "Someone had said they had seen it before but we saw it this time. It was a big shock."

Sang said he and his friends captured video footage of the sighting.

"If you watch the video, you can hear [we were] pretty surprised," he said.
