Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe LOS ANGELES, April 21 (UPI) -- A heat lamp used by a film crew may have accidentally set off sprinkler heads inside the Los Angeles City Hall, spreading water to three floors, officials said. The sprinklers were activated Saturday afternoon and sent water spilling to the first, second and third floors by way of stairs, a service elevator shaft and an elevator shaft, Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott said. Advertisement Firefighters deactivated the fire alarm panel upon arriving at the scene, the Los Angeles Times reported Saturday.
