Doug Guller, founder and chief executive officer of Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill, which has its headquarters in Austin, said the term "breastaurant" is now a trademark, having been registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office of the Department of Commerce. Advertisement "We're really excited about receiving this federal trademark," Guller said. "Our team has worked hard over the last seven years to offer a unique experience to our fans. It just further solidifies that Bikinis Sports Bar & Grill is America's only breastaurant." The eatery is known for its servers being dressed in bikini tops, jean shorts and cowboy boots.
