Stacey McGill, 29, moved into her home in Loughborough, England, with her partner Carl, 25, and their 18-month-old daughter Chelsey in December. She said she's left with the feeling of cobwebs on her skin when she walks through the residence, The Sun said Sunday. She even hired a paranormal "investigator" to survey the house. The ghost expert said the home is, in fact, haunted -- by a harmless ghost named Nigel who is in his 30s and has a learning disability. The housing authority said it would continue to "offer support and advice" to McGill -- but probably not a new house.
