Public Policy Polling took a look at some conspiracy theories, National Journal reported. Pollsters said 13 percent of respondents said Obama is the Antichrist and another 13 percent are unsure. Advertisement Only 7 percent think NASA faked the moon landings and 4 percent believe reptilian people are living in disguise on Earth, preparing to take over. While 11 percent said they believe Osama bin Laden is still alive, 15 percent believe television broadcasts contain mind-controlling technology. The institute took a look at some more serious issues. Respondents were evenly split on whether President George W. Bush misled the public before the Iraq invasion with 44 percent saying yes and 45 percent no. More than one quarter, 28 percent, said Saddam Hussein was involved in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, but 51 percent disagreed. And 28 percent say there is a secret conspiracy by a global elite to establish a "new world order." Advertisement The automated telephone poll surveyed 1,247 registered voters March 27-30.
