Residents of the apartment building on Ali Baba Avenue in Opa-locka have officially been asked to take their underwear inside, The Miami Herald reported Saturday. Advertisement During a recent City Council meeting, Mayor Myra Taylor asked City Manager Kelvin Baker for the second time to have residents at the building to remove their underwear from the rail. She first asked Baker to talk to the owner of the apartment building on Feb. 27. "Tell the people their underwear must come down," she said. "I could say the drawers must come down." Taylor suggested putting up a fence to prevent the building residents from using the guard rail to air their laundry.
