Hollywood police said John Collazos, 47, who has also been arrested for practicing dentistry without a license in Davie, was arrested Monday on a similar charge over a Nov. 19, 2010, incident when he treated an unidentified woman in Hollywood, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported Thursday. Advertisement Investigators said Collazos had the woman come to an apartment he had made up to look like a dentist's office, complete with a waiting room, and charged her $65 to treat her toothache. Collazos allegedly applied paste to the woman's mouth to relieve the pain before giving her an injection in her buttocks and kissing her rear end. Police said he also allegedly touched the woman's genitals inappropriately. Collazos was released after posting $1,000 bail Tuesday.
