The Hainesport Township committee passed an ordinance Tuesday night making it illegal to feed the nuisance turkeys and imposing fines for violations, WCAU-TV, Philadelphia, reported Wednesday. These people come in from Philadelphia who've never seen a turkey before except at Thanksgiving on their table and don't know how to handle it."
